Independiente London Academy, named ‘The Academy’ in this document, is a private football academy in the UK. When you sign up to our coaching program you are entering into a subscription for your child or children to train with Independiente London Academy, Registered Company Number 11397141.
Independiente London Academy will focus on your child as an individual and their development needs. We will give them a safe, secure environment to be creative, take appropriate risks and feel confident to learn at their own pace over the long term. Every player and parent will always be made to feel part of the Independiente London Academy family.
Whilst we hope you find this content informative, the contents are for general information only. We believe the contents to be true and accurate as at the date of writing. Each of the sections comprising all the Terms and Conditions of our services on this page should be read in conjunction with each other.
- The Academy will offer a free first taster session to all potential players.
- As players and parents confirm their desire to become a member of The Academy, parents will need to complete a player profile using the registration form which will be kept in the Academy’s records.
Prices vary depending on the days of the sessions booked.
Membership price:
Membership price £225 per player, which includes the player’s kit made of one tracksuit (top & bottom), one tee-shirt and shorts, one pair of gloves, one hat, one bag and a pair of football boots; and a yearly membership which will need to be renewed every 12 months.
1.Our standard monthly academy training subscription fee will vary depending on the number of lessons taken per week. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Training 1 day per week: £50 per month with 4 sessions, £55 for months with 5 sessions
Training 2 days per week: £90 per month with 8 sessions, £100 for months with 9 or 10 sessions
2. Monthly fees need to be paid by the 1st of each month. This enables us to better manage the expenses of the club and secure a place for your child to attend sessions. In cases where your child is unable to attend a session, parents are required to book alternative sessions directly on the app.
In cases of extreme weather, the Academy will deduct the equivalent of the session from the following month. Payments can be made by bank transfer (see payment details below) or directly within the app.

3. All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of your child’s attendance. Fees are nonrefundable in the event of your child’s absence. Fees are also non-refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, issues we deem to be detrimental to the Health & Safety of our coaches and players, or if we are delayed or prevented in performing our obligations by an event outside our control (force majeure). Prices are subject to change on 30 days’ notice, please refer to your rights to cancel in the event you do not wish to
continue with the coaching subscription following a price increase.
The Academy is also able to take payments for 3 months in advance and will give you a 15% discount.
For the monthly subscription, your child will receive one training session per week that the Academy operates throughout the year. Training session durations will be a minimum 90mins for players of 6 year-old and above and 50 mins for players below 6 year-old.
Our ‘player-centred’ approach delivers expert coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term. All our coaching is carried out in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy.
Once you’ve applied and registered as Independiente London Academy ltd. and your application is accepted, your child will remain an Independiente London Academy ltd player. This means that The Academy is responsible for your child to reach their full potential and for finding opportunities using our relationships with professional clubs. In case your child is selected in one of our trials with professional clubs or academies, we reserve all the sports rights of the player for whom we are using our connections with professional clubs. Furthermore, all contracts involving the signing of the Academy’s players between 6 and 21 years of age by a professional football club, will need to be made under the Academy’s name.
All Players, Parents and Guardians that attend the Academy must adhere to the Academy code of conduct.
‘Respect’ is the FA’s response to a clear message that the health of football depends upon high standards of behaviour on and off the pitch.
- Respect is a behavioural code of football.
- Respect is about recognising that the integrity of the game is more important than the result of the match.
- Respect is for ALL and plays a key part in uniting the game.
- Respect is about creating an understanding of what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in football.
- Respect is about those involved taking responsibility for the consequences of their own actions.
- Respect is about supporting match officials to do their jobs.
- Respect is not a slogan. It’s a collective responsibility of those involved in football to create a safe, fun and inclusive environment in which the game can take place.
Our Codes of Conduct will support a safe, fun and inclusive game at our Academy. They also identify a range of sanctions which may be taken if these codes are not abided by.
In addition to the above:
1. Players should be accompanied by a parent/guardian who should remain onsite for the duration of the session; unless parent’s agreement with the coach has been given that the player can leave alone.
2. Along with their parent or guardian, all players must follow Health & Safety guidance given to them by the coach and /or venue to keep everyone safe at all times.
3. All Academy’s players are required to come to the sessions wearing the Academy’s full kit, as provided at the registration time.
4. Punctuality we would like to remind you that all players should be ready wearing their uniform at least 5 minutes before starting the session.
5. Regular attendance is a key component for players’ progress and is the foundation for discipline and consistency. Attendance will be recorded. In case players are unable to attend, please inform the academy one day before training (using the WhatsApp group or the are .contact@independientelondonacademyltd.com) Training sessions are based on the number of players every week and the number of coaches is planned accordingly in order to provide a good training session.
6. Food and beverages. We want to maintain a level of discipline on and off the field, we ask all parents not to bring food for the players, only a bottle of water is accepted to hydrate the player. After the session ends, they are asked to give the players a cereal bar.
If your child has any known medical conditions or special requirements, then please let us know at the time of booking and in any case on arrival to your first session. We always recommend you notify a new coach of any previously notified medical conditions or special requirements for your child. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of all players to notify The Academy of any medical conditions or special requirements by updating their player profile using the Academy’s form available in the app.
By signing up for a membership, you are confirming you are aware of the nature and scope of the activities operated by the Academy. You are authorizing participation for your child to take part in the coaching sessions and fully understand that normal safety procedures will be implemented during the sessions. You certify that your child is medically and physically capable of participating in such activities. The Academy takes no liability for any injuries occurred within the coaching session.
In the event of any player needing first aid assistance at the Academy centre, our first aid trained coaches will provide any relevant treatment they deem necessary to help the player.
By signing up for a membership, you consent to the administration of first aid measures, as may be determined necessary by the first aider, including where necessary referral to a doctor and admission to hospital.
You may cancel a subscription by giving 30 days notice through email or message through the app, where you are able to commence the cancellation process and pay the remaining balance for your notice period. Thisfinal balance for your notice period will be calculated based on your billing date and will be payable at point of cancellation. All cancellations should provide your name, contact number, child’s name, child’s DOB, and your reason for leaving.
Please note you need to give 30 days’ notice to cancel. Your child may still attend scheduled coaching sessions during this notice period. If after cancelling you then wish to re-instate your child’s place within our Academy, your place is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We also reserve the right to charge an administrative reactivation fee. You have 7 days to confirm your cancellation and all outstanding balances must be cleared.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Academy or any of its staff have any liability whatsoever to any person for any direct or indirect cost, expense, damage or other loss of any kind whatsoever in connection with the coaching services provided under these terms. There are certain liabilities which we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We take the privacy of our players and their parents/guardians very seriously. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to the use of photography and videography from training sessions to be used for marketing purposes such as social media, our App, promotional literature and any press related content. If you do not want your child or participant to appear in such photography, please notify us upon arrival.
A player’s place at The Academy is conditional upon the above Terms & Conditions being adhered to at all times.
