Head Coach & Safeguarding Officer

Responsible for leading and developing players in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. Plans and delivers structured training sessions, promotes teamwork, discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship, and supports the overall development of all players on and off the field.

As Safeguarding Officer, ensures the welfare and protection of all children and young people within the club. Maintains safeguarding standards and policies, responds appropriately to concerns, promotes a safe environment for players, and works closely with coaches, parents, and club officials to ensure all activities follow safeguarding guidelines and best practices.

U8 Head Coach

Responsible for leading and developing players under 8 years old in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Plans and delivers age-appropriate training sessions, teaches basic football skills and teamwork, and encourages player confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship. Communicates with parents and supports the overall development of young athletes while ensuring all activities follow club and safeguarding guidelines.

U12 Head Coach

Responsible for coaching and developing players under 12 years old in a structured, positive, and competitive environment. Plans and delivers engaging training sessions focused on technical skills, tactical understanding, teamwork, and player development. Encourages discipline, confidence, respect, and sportsmanship while supporting each player’s growth on and off the field. Communicates effectively with parents, staff, and players, and ensures all activities follow club policies and safeguarding standards.
